Rowel I Services Leased GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 3. — Apprentice Donald Rowell, of Hia-leah, Fla., has been taken under lease for this meeting by trainer James E. Robertson, who has a sizable public stable in action here. The young product of Harry Trotseks Detroit jockey school will have his engagements made by John C. Dale, who also is associated with the veteran, Jimmy Duff, who is one of the better developments of Trotseks tutelage.
