Two Detroit Tracks Agree To Share Stable Facilities DETROIT, Mich., May 3.— In a joint session before the Michigan Racing Commission today, the Hazel Park Racing Association and Michigan Racing Association solved the current stall shortage problem at Detroit Race Track by merging their stable facilities for the 1950 season. Instead of the previously scheduled June 12 opening, Hazel Park will open its stables and track as soon as possible, the cost of operation being shared by the two organizations.
