Idun Arrival at Garden State GARDEN STATE PARK. Camden. N. J.. May 5. — Mrs. Charles Ulrick Bays Idun, the outstanding two-year-old filly champion last season, arrived at Garden State Park this morning. Trainer Sherrill Ward, who shipped her down from New York, did not state definite plans for her. It appears likely .that she will make her 1958 debut in a six-furlong race in the condition book for Saturday that is exclusively for three-year-old fillies and has a 0,000 purse. The contest is to support the featured 5,000 added Delaware Valley Stakes, to which Idun is also eligible, although in the latter she would be required to meet colts for the first time in her career.
