Seeking Code of Ethics GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 1. — Sterling Young, managing director of the Jockeys Guild and local representatives, Porter Roberts and Nick Jemas, at a meeting with the track officials and jockey agents, said it was unanimously agreed that they cooperate in establishing a code of ethics, which would band them together to report any misconduct on the part of the interested parties.
