Prince Simon Remains Derby Favorite LONDON, England, May 1 Reuters — William Woodwards American colt. Prince Simon, who finished second in the Two Thousand Guineas, remained favorite for the English Derby, at the Victoria Club callover last night. The colt, who was 9-to-4 in the last callover, was now well supported at 3-to-l. Five French horses were among the 10 quoted. Three of them, Pardal, Cal-cador and Geraphar, are owned by Marcel Boussac, the other two were Lamiral, third favorite at 100-to-8, and Vieus Manoir.
