Dies Reading Suicide Note LEOMINSTER, Mass., May 13 UP. — While reading his wifes suicide note Carmine Zinna, 27, collapsed and died of the same illuminating gas fumes early today at his home. The bodies of the couple were found by a neighbor who had come to pay a call. Medical examiner Rudolf Bachmann ruled that Mrs. Georgette Zinna, 27, formerly of Biddleford, Me., took her own life by turning on kitchen range jets. They said her husband returned home early today and shut off the jets, but he collapsed and died on the living room floor while he read a note she left.
