PADUCAH TO DISREGARD COMMISSION. Louisville. Ky.. July 3. Secretary Harry White of the Padncah Pair Association upon arrival here from Lexington, where he appeared before the Kentucky State Racing Commission in connection with the application for a license for the Iaducnh meeting, annouueed that the refusal of the racing commission to grant the license asked for will not be allowed to interfere with the propositi meeting at Paducah. The Paducah Fair Association will proceed, wifli books in oieration. just as Latonia has. The meeting will open Thursday, July S, and continue twenty-one days.
