RECRUIT TO RACING Dr. C. M. Kaiser, who is to officiate on all Chicago race courses in the capacity of veterinarian, is not only an influential factor in protecting and popularizing the sport, but he is one of the individuals who aided in its revival in Illinois. One of his recent efforts in behalf of the turf relates to Dr. Orths racing establishment, which is expected to play a prominent part. Dr. Orth, north side resident, has thirty saddle and show horses at Wheaton, Dr. Kaiser has Interested Dr. Orth, with the result that he has acquired several thoroughbreds. They will be trained by Joe Buscher.
