For using profane language contrary to the best interests of racing, the stewards fined jockey T. Root 5. L. Perez claimed Sandy Hatch out of the fourth race Monday for ,500. The good handicap horse Prickly Heat was shipped to Montreal Monday. It developed that jockey C. Lyon fractured a collarbone when he suffered a fall here on Saturday afternoon and he will be out of the saddle for some time.
