JUSTINA, away well and hard ridden, raced Into the lead near the far turn and steadily drew further away, winning as his rider pleased. PRINCKSS MARGARET, saving much ground on the inside, worked her way up gradually and made a game fini*h. PItlNCESS ISABEL also saved ground and raced in close pursuit of the leader and held on well at the end. GOOSE STEP raced wide and came mrain in the final drive. ASSOCIATE made up ground. THE SQUIRE took the lead quickly, set a fast pace and won all the way, but was tiring at the end and just lasted. GRIFF W. began slowly, gained rapidly on the outside and finished wearing the winner down. MAZZIE raced on the inside in closest pursuit of the leader, forced the pace and held on gamely. FANTA raced well to the stretch, but tired. BAROXIXA showed good early speed. ZEI.MA ONEAL showed nothing and ran a poor race. ESSIE began fast, but immediately dropped far back and never improved her position. POLAR SEA, close up under restraint for three-quarters, responded at once when called upon, took the lead when entering the stretch and easily held CROATAN safe. The latter raced well on the inside, but could not threaten the winner in the final drive, but held FRANK HAWLEY safe. The latter, restrained far back for the first three-quarters, came with a rush in the final quarter. PCNKIE set a good pace for the first three-quarters, but tired badly thereafter. ARCH QUEEN began slowly, was outrun to the stretch, then closed a gap and just got up to nose out LITTLE CAPTAIN. The latter ran forwardly to the stretch before tiring. STERLING SILVER was outrun to the stretch then closed a big gap when able to find racing room on the inside. HYPNOTISM took the lead on the far turn and showed the way to the stretch, but tired badly in the final eighth. KLOISE and CAROLER showed good early speed but tired in the final drive. The latter, close up in the early stages, came fast in the stretch, but was raced wide and failed to get up. LORD VALENTINE set the pace for the first three-quarters, but tired and barely outlasted JACK DOR. The latter gained much ground in the stretch and finished fast and gamely. BLUE TORCH and SUE BARKER showed early ■peed, but were done after the first three-quarters.
