Barney Schlam, a veteran clerk, i3 on th« ailing list and confned to his home. Sunny Saint, Mrs. A. L. Austins campaigner, was excused from the sixth race Monday. He developed a eUgh th!s morning. All that remains of Charles W. Watson, noted pricemaker and turf s-tudent, was interred in Woodlawn cemetery Tuesday.
