SOARSTAT. close up throughout, went wide taking the sixth jump, responded gamely thereafter and wore down the leaders to draw away at the end. MANTONIAN jumped well and raced prominently all the way and outstayed RABLEYCORN at the end. The latter jumped well, displayed good speed throughout, but tired in the final sixteenth. ENDICOTT raced well and had no excuses. GUN BOAT ran an even race. VOLUNTEER lost his rider at the twelfth jump. EON lost his rider at the tenth jump. BOLD KNIGHT fell at the tenth and CLOSE WORK lost his rider at the fifth. Scratched— .M 404 Yocalian, 138; 3U43S Rubigny, 140. Corrected weight— Saorstat, 138. Won driving: second and third the same, KEEP ON, a factor all the way, responded gamely to urging when called upon, bumped her way through, causing a jam and drew away at the end. CONCLAVE, on the inside, finished gamely and was going fast at the end. ADEQUATE moved up fast on the outside after being bothered and came again. ERIN was moing up fast in the final eighth when she was caught in close quarters and forced to pull up. MAD HATTIE was bumped, but finished well. HILARIA bore over sharply from the outside soon after the start, causing some interference, resulting in a disqualification. LADY BUYER ran a good pace*. 9b:CQ|50,JH RACE— 1 Mile.
