CHAPPEL BROTHERS PLANS LEXINGTON, Ky., May 19. — Chappel Brothers, who bought the stallion Carom and a number of mares during the sales here last week, are shipping their purchases to their farm at Rockford, 111. They have leased a fair grounds at a small town in the vicinity of Rockford and are planning to break and train the nine yearlings they purchased privately from Richard V. Dennison. *
