ON THE ELIGIBLE LIST TORONTO, Ont., May 19.— The horses that formerly raced in the name of H. E. Brown will be ineligible to start on the tracks of the Canadian Racing Associations until their ownership has been straightened out by the stewards of the C. R. A. It developed that Brown had some trouble at Oriental Park last winter in regard to the transfer of the contract which he held on jockey E. Neal. The horses in question are now at Thorn-cliffe and are registered in the names of other owners.
