I LONG BRANCH TURF N07ES~T # $ TORONTO, Ont., June 3. The Seagram Stable split up in two divisions at the conclusion of the Woodbine meeting, E. J. Salt taking eleven to Connaught Park, while W. H. Bringloe vanned the main division over to Long Branch. Frank Farrar arrived from Chicago with Chehalis, Tamina and Herodiones and was assigned quarters at Thorncliffe. It is reported that the Seagram Stable is contemplating purchasing ten or so more horses and have taken an option on several of the two-year-olds in the W. S. Kilmer-J. White stable. R. S. McLaughlin is also reported as dickering for several of the juveniles in this stable, which embraces Sun Teatime, Suntica, Dark Thorn, Dark Mission, Dark Altos, Dark Victory and others. Racing secretary W. Norvell has arranged an opening day card that will vie with the best that has been offered local racegoers this season. Heading the program is the Kings Birthday Handicap, a test over the one mile and seventy yards distance for a prize of ,500. «
