GRAKLE FAVORITE AT 8 TO 1 Special Cablegram. LONDON, England, March 14. In the betting today on the Grand National Steeplechase, which will be run over the Aintree course at Liverpool next Friday, Grakle, the 1931 winner, remained the favorite at 8 to 1. The American-owned Irish-bred mare, Heartbreak Hill, which will carry the colors of Mrs. C. S. Bird, Jr., is the second choice at 11 to 1. Gregalach, winner of the 1929 running, is 100 to 7. Vinicole and Annan-dale are 22 to 1, Hank, Holmes, Dusty Foot and Pelorous Jack 28 to 1, and Coup de Chateau 33 to 1.
