CONSISTENT HARASS DIES NEW ORLEANS, La., March 14. Another old favorite of racing fans died here Saturday when Harass succumbed to lockjaw. The nine-year-old unsexed son of Wrack and Star Lady, by Star Shoot, was owned by Frank Cammarata, of St. Louis. A one time handicap performer, Harass found his way into cheaper company in recent campaigns and was a consistent winner through-1 but his long career.
