RACE STREET showed early speed. ZIPALONG was in close quarters from the start. PINBUD had no mishaps. THE TRAINER was shuffled back early. THOUGHTLESS quit. The latter worked his way up on the outside, moved up resolutely in the stretch and finished well. ST. OMER, close up early, floundered in the stretch. GEORGIAN finished well. WAR BANNER, fractious at the post, quit when put to a drive JUBILATION had no mishaps. SHAPFELL was as good as left. ZAIDEE quit badly. JABOT, on the outside of the leaders from the start, held on well to outlast EARLY LIGHT. The latter was outrun in the early stages, but finished well. IF IDA raced evenly throughout.
