PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM FOR DADE PARK OWENSBORO Ky June 20 James C Ellis president of the Bade Park Jockey Club and owner of the Bade Park track is endeavoring this year to provide every convenience and attraction for the racing fans as well as the owners of thoroughbreds In addition to installing the most modern starting gate at the track announcement was made today that the public address sys ¬ tem will be used for the first time at the track at the coming twentysix day meeting which will have its inaugural August 4 and will end September 6 6By By means of the public address system loud speakers will carry the progress of a race being run to every portion of the grand ¬ stand and clubhouse The race will be called by an expert who equipped with field glasses is able to follow the position of every horse in the race at all times Regard ¬ less of ones eyesight it is difficult some ¬ times to ascertain the position of the horse in which he is interested The position of the horses will be called at intervals during the race raceThe The early prospects for Bade Parks sum ¬ mer meeting are the brightest in the history of the track Reservations are already being made for stables
