SECURES ARCAROS CONTRACT CONTRACTWarren Warren Wrights Calumet Farm Sta ¬ ble Completes Deal for Services of Experienced Rider HOMEWOOD 111 June 20 A deal under which Warren Wrights Calumet Farm Stable is to acquire the contract of jockey Eddie Arcaro Newport Ky boy who has been with Clarence E Davison Illinois turf ¬ man was virtually completed today Although the contract has but six months to run Cal ¬ umet Farm will have an option on Arcaros services for 1935 under terms of the trans ¬ fer it was said saidHaving Having been up among the leading riders the past two seasons and very successful during his apprenticeship Arcaro is re ¬ garded as one of the most able and finished riders in the country and his acquisition should greatly strengthen Mr Wrights stable stableJust Just as soon as negotiations are closed Mack Winters the apprentice with the Wright stable will be released to Benny Creech under lease Winters has been with the stable only a short time
