SISKIN, showing good speed from the start, assumed command while racing on the outside, but could not withstand the Winner under inexperienced handling. SOME KNIGHT made up ground steadily while compelled to race wide MINTON had late speed and finished fast on the inside. INDIAN RUNNER began well, went to the rail on the first turn and, saving ground on the back stretch under good rating, met light interference on the far turn, was lucky to get through on the inside and, moving into contention, went to the outside of the leader in the stretch and responded gamely to punishment. ADVISING ANNA followed the early pace restrained, took command when the leader tired and held on well under hard urging. LADYSMAN, forced to race wide throughout, was strongly restrained for three-quarters then moved up slowly and finished fastest. GOOD GOODS, in the middle of the others, worked his way up and finished well. BARN SWALLOW had excellent speed lor seven eighths, but tired. BIEN FAIT tired badly after making a good pace under strong restraint.
