L Daiger, ! secretary of the Maryland Jockey Club, is distributing stake blanks for the four feature events at the Pimlico fall meeting October 31 to November 14. These races , [ have a combined value of 0,000. Entries close August 15. In the order of their running, the stakes , are as follows: , November 3 — Walden Handicap, ,500 added, two-year-olds, one mile and a sixteenth. November 6 — Baltimore Handicap, ,500 • added, all ages, six furlongs. November 10 — Riggs Handicap, ,500 • added, three-year-olds and over, one mile and three-sixteenths. . November 12 — Pimlico Handicap, ,500 added, two-year-olds, six furlongs. A total of 06,300 will be distributed during the thirteen-day season at the Old Hilltop track.
