POSTPONE HEARING NEW YORK, N. Y., July 18.— The hearing called by the New York State Racing Commission for tomorrow has been postponed until 3 p. m. Friday. It will be held in the commission offices, No. 155 Worth Street, New York City. The hearing is for the purpose of inquiring into alleged violations of the states betting laws by the Onondaga Racing Association at its recent meeting at Syracuse.
