MODIFY McALISTER SUSPENSION COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 18. — Secretary George E. Gates of the Ohio State Racing Commission announced today that, by a ruling of judge Sam Nuckols, the suspension of jockey D. McAlister for sixty days has been modified to read thirty days. This suspension expires July 21, 1934.
