1 NARRAGANSETT TURF NOTES 1 « + , Clifford Smiley, superintendent for the A. F. Smiley Construction Company, reported Friday that the railing around the mile track has been completed. Harry Klees, builder of the track, stated that, with the completion of the railings, the work on the track is finished, and it will be ready for the horses Monday morning. President Walter OHara and his office staff moved into the administration building Friday. The publicity department will occupy their quarters in the same building Saturday.
