DATES FOR CONEY ISLAND CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 24 If requested dates are granted, the Coney Island Jockey Club will conduct a forty-four day meeting here starting August 23 and continuing through October 12, Columbus Day. This was made known today by James Shevlin of the Ohio State Racing Commission, which is to meet soon to-consider the allocation of these dates.
