R. H. HANDY CRITICALLY ILL SALEM, N. H May 24. State Senator Russell H. Handy, member of the" state racing commissio nof Rhode Island, is in a serious condition in Jane Brown Hospital at Providence. Doctors said he was suffering from concussion of the brain. He was taken ill Wednesday while attending the general assembly meeting. He fell from a horse last Saturday near his- home.
