CIRENO jumped well, was taken under steadying restraint, saved ground on the turns to the final turn of the field and finished with a rush to dispose of GOLD SWEEPER m the final drive. The latter, a forward factor from the beginning, assumed command at the final turn of the field and held on well. CANIENTO jumped well, saved ground in the early running, but came to the outside in the stretch and finished fast. JIOCKTOR showed improvement and finished well. THE CHISELER raced well. SAN MIGUEL was outrun. LEI ran out rounding the clubhouse turn and jumped the fence, but was uninjured. .THIRD RACE 3-4 MILE. Nusakan, Sept. 13, 19291:104126. ALBERTA forced the pace from the beginning, disposed of SANG FROID in the stretch and held on well. MADDEST was on the outside entering the stretch and lost much ground. SANG FROID showed early speed, saved much ground and had no mishaps. COLD SHOULDER began slowly and finished fast. ROYAL GUARD raced evenly. BRAVING DANGER quit in the stretch. TEUFEL was badly crowded back at the start, worked his way up and finished fastest of all. TEDDY HASLAM forced his way through entering the final eighth, but was in close quarters between the two leaders in the final sixteenth. SOBRIETY moved up steadily on the inside BIJURO raced well. BARBARIAN was rated along steadily, saved ground, but was bearing out through the final eighth. OUR TROUBLE, outrun during the first part worked his way up and finished well. DIGNIFIED, close up in the first part, quit badly when called upon RETRIBUTION had no .mishaps.
