1 LATONIA TURF NOTES $ : s D. T. Morris checked in with a large stable he will campaign through the Latonia meeting, most of them the property of Hyman Friedberg. The Friedberg horses are Sky o Blue, Rudenia, Letty Ormont, Ormonette, Clover Port, Miss Monk, Gannonnic, Ruths Hope, Watonga, Southern Way, Baby Vivian and Bay Servant. For himself Morris has the six-year-old Snobful, while in his stable also is the Coldstream Stud Stables Erla, a two-year-old by Bulldog and Broomiola, a candidate for the Clipsetta Stakes, to be run June- 8. F. Fernandez, the Cuban boy who rode with such success through the Churchill Downs meeting,, will make his debut as a I full-fledged jockey here Saturday. He lost his apprentice allowance last Tuesday. A brother, A. J. Fernandez, also will ride through the Latonia meeting. He is an apprentice, having ridden his first winner in Cuba on December 3. D. W. Foy is making mounts for both boys.
