In its petition the suing company sets forth that it installed ! a camera at Tropical Park for the photographing of finishes, which, if accepted, was to be paid for at 0 a i day. It is also set forth that in two of the finishes since its installation its photographs have differed from i those made by the Charles M. Waite j camera in use.
