MANN TO RIDE FREE LANCE TORONTO, Ont, April 1. Frank Mann has announced his severance with trainer Harry Giddings, of the R. S. McLaughlin stable, and will ride free lance on Canadian tracks this season. Mann, while giving no reason for his action, asserted that he parted company with his contract holder on the friendliest of terms.
