Shropshire, 67, died at his residence in Paris, Ky., yesterday afternoon, after several weeks illness, and his body will be interred in Paris cemetery after services at the Christian Church Sunday afternoon. Mr. Shropshire was widely known as a breeder of saddle horses and thoroughbreds, and was considered to have been one of the best judges of saddle horses in the state. The late James Hukill, usually trained a runner or two for him. J. A.
