r , MAY MEETING IN CINCINNATI CINCINNATI, Ohio, March 31. Harry Allshouse, vice-president of the River Downs Jockey Club, made a complete survey of the flood-swept track upon his arrival in Cincinnati Tuesday and announced that a spring meeting, starting early in May, is highly probable. Allshouse plans a trip to Cleveland for an inspection of the Thistle Down track and will return here within the next few days to supervise the construction of the new buildings. A crew of workmen is already on the job and the work will be rushed to completion in order to stage the spring session. It is understood that application for dates will be made with the Ohio Racing Commission within a short time. . - .
