LEXINGTON WORKOUTS o LEXINGTON, Ky., March 31. Privileged, Galsun and Gosum, Calumet Farms three Kentucky Derby candidates, were given an easy mile trial this morning over its private course under the direction of trainer Frank Kearns, covering the distance in 1:48. With jockey Irving Anderson on Galsun, which led the way, the trio worked in single fashion with each being hard held all the way. They went the half mile in :51i, and the three-quarters in 1:19, over the six furlongs course. Brooklyn and Billionaire, the E. R. Bradley Derby hopefuls, also were sent a mile over the private track at Idle Hour Farm, but no time was made public by trainer H. J. Thompson, who said they were restrained to a slow pace. Except for the workout of Whopper, training activity at Keeneland was confined to lesser lights. The H. P. Headley giant, which is soon to be shipped east, breezed six furlongs in 1:154, the half mile In :49. He was accompanied by Bravado.
