EDDIE ARCARO S PLANS j LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 7 Jockey Eddie j Arcaro probably will be seen in colors frequently during the Kentucky spring season. Before reporting to John M. Gaver, the Greentree Stable trainer at Keeneland, Arcaro will visit relatives in Newport, Ky. While the Kentucky spring meetings are on, Arcaro may have to absent himself for a few days to fill stakes engagements for his employer Mrs. Payne Whitney, in the East.
