1 LEXINGTON TURF NOTES I $ Clifford Porter, former trainer of the Southland Stable, of the late Charles Bach-arach, who now conditions the horses owned by J. P. Cleary, unloaded eight horses from Hot Springs. Most of them are juveniles and although several have yet to enter competition, all of them are ready for racing. The Cleary stable comprises Jayfcee, Brown Palace, Flying Lil, Whisk Over, Fair So, Countess Lena, Real One and Royal Lil. Lil. The horses Tommy Root brought from 1 Florida for C. W. Pershall are Booming I Guns, Winged Victory, Joyride, Hose, Judge I Leer and Thirteen Sixty. In the same car. L. V. Bellew, Jr., had Lady Genie, Red Rogue, Tobacco and Gay May. In addition to Double B., Morris Griner j returned with Jay D. Weils Brilliant One I and High Top. Both are two-year-olds. High Top, a bay daughter of Jack High, has yet to make her racing debut. Don Moss, which carried R. L. Stivers colors in the Arkansas Derby, and two others of his property, arrived from Hot Springs this morning. Apprentice D. Castile, whose contract Edward Haughton recently acquired from Joe W. Brown, joined the Haughton stable Thursday after vacationing at his Louisiana home. Jockey Jack Richard and apprentice R. Conley are here with the Mrs. A. M. Creech stable.
