REVISE WAGE-HOUR BILL WASHINGTON, D. C, Apr. 7. The wage-hour bill, vith several drastic revisions, was reported by the labor sub-committee of the House Wednesday. According to the new measure, provisions are made for a graduated minimum wage and a work week of from forty to forty-eight hours and .for the creation of a five-member board to administer .the act.
