CASH TICKET ISSUED IN 1929 BALTIMORE, Md., April 7. The Maryland Jockey Club today reported payment on a winning mutuel ticket issued in 1929. Matt L. Daiger, secretary of the association said that the straight ticket had been purchased at Pimlico by a seaman who did not have time to cash it at the track. The seaman said that he had carried the ticket around the world several times and did not get a chance to cash it before. Marylands statute of limitations applies to mutuel tickets after three years. "Our records," said Daiger, "showed a ticket outstanding for that day and race, so we paid the holder 4.70." A ,
