C0-SP0RT SURE STARTER IN KENTUCKY DERBY LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 25. After conferring with the horses owner, Bert Friend, of Lockland, a suburb of Cincinnati, trainer R. T. Runnels announced that Co-Sport is a definite starter in the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, May 7. Runnels was advised to spare no expense in securing the services of a top ranking jockey for the 0,000 Blue Grass fixture, and the veteran trainer has several able reinsmen under consideration for the assignment on the son of Cohort and Sportress. Co-Sport, which, in his training, has kept pace with many of the more fancied Derby eligibles, has accomplished all that has been asked of him since arriving from Florida and, as a final stiff prep for his chief objective, it is the plan of Runnels to start him in the Derby Trial Stakes here next Tuesday.
