SEABISCUIT AT BELMONT NEW YORK, N. Y., April 25. Seabiscuit arrived at Belmont Park today from the West Coast to prepare for his 00,000 mile and a quarter match race against War Admiral on Decoration Day. The son of Hard Tack was accompanied by fourteen stable-mates in the C. S. Howard establishment and two stable ponies. With trainer Tom Smith in charge, Seabiscuit and his companions were unloaded about noon at the Nassau County track. They took up quarters in the A. C. Bostwick stable "on the hill." Smith reported his charges stood the trip in good shape.
