BILLMAR STILL IN DERBY HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 25. Trainer Emmett Potts has not definitely withdrawn Billmar from the Kentucky Derby as yet, following a bad kick that he received in his latest engagement at Havre de Grace. The colt will be treated for the cut, which was a deep one, and his prepara-; tion continued.
