PLENTY HORSES QUARTERED AT BEULAH PARK CINCINNATI, Ohio, April 25. Tom Brown, veteran racing official who will serve as one of the placing judges at the twenty-three day meeting at Beulah Park, opening May 4, stopped off here today en route to Lexington and reports that 580 thoroughbreds fill every available stall at the Ohio track, with many horses being quar tered in barns ten and twelve miles from th$ track. Brown also stated the weight scale used during the last meeting will prevail again, this spring, as the Ohio racing commission has not thus far adopted the higher weight scale passed during the winter meeting of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners at Miami. With many of the higher grade horses quartered at the track the management is confident that the spring session will be ond of the best offered since the inauguration of the sport at the Ohio course.
