I JOCKEY R HIGHLEY SUSPENDED I LOUISVILLE. Ky.. May 26.— Appraising jockey R. Highleys handling of Safe and Sound, a starter in the sixth race at Church-, ill Downs Wednesday, as "unsatisfactory," the stewards today announced that riders suspension for a period of sixty calendar days. The ruling was as follows: "Jockey R. Highley has been suspended for sixty calendar days for an unsatisfactory ride on Safe and Sound in the sixth race on Wednesday, May 25."
