» RECEIVING CRETE LICENSES CRETE, 111., May 26.— George Foster, secretary of the Illinois Racing Commission, will be at Lincoln Fields Friday morning to accept the license applications of horsemen md jockeys, he notified officials of the track this morning. Foster hopes to receive as many of these applications as soon as possible at that time so as to have that work completed before the opening of the local meeting next Monday. — — — — — A
