600 SAFETY TEST SUMMONSES An additional 600 summonses were issued Tuesday, making the total 1,500 for the first two days, to those motorists who failed to have their cars checked. Edward J. Gorman, deputy vehicle commissioner, stated that the drive would continue until all the testing lanes were running at capacity. Each summons means a fine. .
