. PROCHNOW SEEKS U. S. AID Raymond Prochnow, better known as the "forgotten man of the county jail," who faces the possibility of spending the remainder of his life in prison on a contempt citation, will seek a writ of habeas corpus in the federal court on the ground that life imprisonment violates his constitutional rights.
