t BOWIE TURF NOTES f Jockey E. De Camillas, who rode with good success in New York, Delaware, New England and Canada, joined the local riding colony and will remain for the balance of the meeting. His brother Adolph is making his riding engagements. Jockey E. Smith arrived from New England and was seen in racing silks on Thursday. His engagements are being made by Nat Goldstone. Jockey J. Gilbert and trainer J. P. Jones were away on a hunting trip Thursday, but are expected to return shortly. Paul B. Codd notified James F. Milton, general manager at Oriental Park that he would ship six members of his stable to the island track for the winter meeting. MrsJ Ethel D. Jacobs has also made application for ten horses of her stable. Roy Waldron transferred the entire Milky Way Stable to Pulaski, Tenn., where they will go into" winter quarters. With the departure of jockey J. Longden to the West coast, jockey Nick Wall with ten winners leads in quest of the Gruen watch offered by the Maryland racing writers for the leading rider at Pimlico and Bowie.
