C. TROUTT AT FAIR GROUNDS NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 19. Clyde Troutt, young Illinois horseman who annually finishes high up among the leading owners and trainers at the Fair Grounds, will begin this season with six horses, four of them belonging to himself; Those to carry his own silks are Labor Day, Polvo-letus, Diabolic and an unnamed yearling, 1 while he also has Honey Seat for J. D. Norris, and Mighty Miss for Jake Lowen- 1 stein. Troutt recently resigned as trainer of the stable of Mrs. John Hertz.
