BOMBER PLANE CRASHES LAGRANGE, Ga., Nov. 19. Five army fliers were killed, two others seriously injured and the fate of an eighth remained unknown today as the result of the crash of a bomber in a swamp seven miles north of here shortly before midnight last night. The survivors were identified as Second Lieut John W. Madre, whose condition was described as critical, and one private, Joseph N. Nanortowich, who was less seriously injured. In addition to the two survivors, those aboard the plane were listed as Lieut. D. B. Schanett, acting adjutant at Maxwell Field, Alabama; Second Lieut. Robert K. Black of the air corps, pilot; Second Lieut. Robert Ross McKechnie of the air reserve; Second Lieut. Allan M. Howery; Lieut. James W. Stewart of the medical corps, Randolph Field, who was en route to his home station and Corporal Galloway, initials unknown, who was en route to his home station at Hensley Field, Dallas, Texas.
