CORNELL DECLINES COAST BID ITHACA, N. Y., Nov. 19 An offer to play Santa Clara on the West Coast on December 31 for the benefit of the Catholic Charities of Los Angeles has been turned down by Cornell University, thereby adhering to its policy against participating in post-season football games.
